FAQ

What happened to my order? 

Please, reach out via our contact form or email with your name, order # and any other details. We’ll be sure to look into it and get back to you ASAP!

 

What’s the usual turnaround time? 

Keep in mind that these are estimates and not guarantees. Please, allow at least 1-2 weeks for processing. 

We are currently using a third-party to fulfill purchases, and they will print your item as soon as you place your order! This is why getting your delivery might take a little longer. We will do our best to update if there are any delays, but patience is greatly appreciated! I promise we're doing everything we can to get your order to you ASAP!

 

What happens if I entered the wrong address?

We are not responsible for the customer incorrectly inputting their shipping address. Please, make sure to double and triple-check all your information before completing your order. There's a chance that we can make a change if we're made aware of this issue quickly enough, but once shipping labels are made or orders are shipped? That's out of our hands. We will not replace orders for incorrect addresses that were entered by the customer. 

 

Will all of my items ship together?

Short answer: that's the hope!

Orders are printed and started in the process as soon as they're placed so, your items should all ship together. However, some items are individually packaged to protect their shape and provide durability, and these items may be shipped separately.

How do returns or refunds work?

First of all: so sorry something went wrong! We will offer returns only for products that are damaged or incorrect (we sent the wrong size, color, etc). Within 7 days of your package arriving, please reach out to us via the contact page or our email.

Please, include a photo of the damaged or incorrect order and we will get to work on resolving the issue with you! Keep in mind that fulfillment is done through a third party so, we will have to defer to them to fix the issue, but it should be no problem!

Be sure to double-check your color and size selections before completing your purchase because we do not accept exchanges.

 

How do I know my size?

We will have size charts on all of the product pages so that you can be sure to check measurements and get your most perfect fit! 

We are very passionate about being inclusive with our clothing, and print on blanks that go up to 5XL. However, to be clear, we do want to note that the size range can depend on availability of the item/color/etc. through our fulfillment partner. So, all items that are in the shop may not go up to 5XL, but (as a plus-size girl myself) we do our best to accommodate!

 

How do you come up with your prices?

First of all, since this is a small, one-woman run shop, I don't have the kind of resources and funding of a large brand/shop. I also try to use the best quality, most size inclusive products available through the third party that I use for all fulfillment. (Which is also something that helps keep prices down and run this shop efficiently: having a third party that handles all the printing, shipping, etc.)

All that said, the prices I set for each product are simply based on the cost of fulfilling each item + a little extra to put in the profit side of things. I also take into consideration the fact that I am a professional graphic designer with over a decade of experience so, each individual design is created over hours or days of work. In my mind, you're paying for the quality product, how it's fulfilled, and for the unique time + work of a professional designer.
